This plan is ideal for couples who would like to be involved from the beginning and
wish to organise some parts independently.
This plan includes the following:
- Consultation and handover meeting to discuss arrangements made so far
- Wedding overview detailing all arrangements and highlight tasks to be undertaken
by us
- Confirm each supplier booking and finalise any outstanding suppliers (not exceeding
three)
- Phone and email support leading up to the wedding
- Follow-up guest list and RSVP’s
- Detailed schedule tailored specifically for each supplier
- Arrangements and timings confirmed with all your suppliers one week before the wedding
- Full on-the day co-ordination (up to eight hours)
